Psychological Therapies
Psychotherapy is "talk-based" treatment for psychological and emotional disturbances. A number of psychotherapeutic tools are available for use in treatment. The nature of psychotherapy depends on the nature of the presenting problem, the individual being treated, and their specific needs. Dr. Khan draws from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Psychodynamic, and Family Systems approaches in her psychotherapy work.
Psychotherapy is offered in person in Exeter or online anywhere in the UK.
